Thank you for providing a truly gorgeous floral arrangement at a very difficult time for a close family member of ours. We live overseas and you took care of us as if we were local, which is very appreciated. And the extra touch of a hand written card surprised everyone; they couldn't figure out how we managed that given we are 4000 miles away! So thanks again for the wonderful customer service!

We were satisfied with the overall arrangement. However, we thought by purchasing the deluxe version it would be a larger arrangement. We understand that some flowers might not be available but we were disappointed that there were no lilies in the arrangement.
